After having my son in 2019, I was completely blindsided by the instant, intense change that motherhood brings – even though I’ve dreamed of being a mum my whole life! It was one of the most lonely, confusing time of my life and I wasn’t able to find the type of support that I needed at the time.

So I made it my mission to share my story and help others to find clarity, community and empowerment in their own motherhood journeys.
